Superman Arms Up

How To Perform the Superman
Arms Up:

1. Begin by laying face down on a mat with your arms out to your sides.
2. Raise your head and your upper body off the mat.
3. Contract the muscles in your upper back, and keep your neck in a neutral position.
4. Hold this position for 30 seconds, and repeat 3 times.
5. Work up to holding the position for 1 minute.
