POSTURE EXERCISES
Suboccipital Stretch

How To Perform the Suboccipital Stretch: 
1. Stand up straight in proper posture.
2. Place your finger on your chin and retract your chin back so your ears are aligned over your shoulders.
3. Take your other hand and place it on top of your head and press down gently.
4. You should feel the stretch in the back of
your neck.
5. Hold the stretch for 30 seconds.
