Posture Angels Laying Down

How To Perform the Posture Angels Laying Down:

1. Begin by laying face up on a mat.
2. Bend your legs so your feet are flat on the floor and your back is flat against the mat.
3. Bring your arms to 90 degrees on both sides.
4. Pressing the back of your arms into the floor, slowly straighten your arms overhead.
5. Repeat by bringing your arms back to 90 degrees, then straighten again.
6. Perform 10 times with slow and controlled repetitions.
