Neck Retractions Standing

How To Perform the Neck Retractions Standing:

1. Stand up straight in proper posture.
2. Place your finger on your chin and retract your chin back so your ears are aligned over your shoulders.
3. Keep your eyes parallel to the ground.
4. Retract your neck back and hold for 10 seconds.
5. If you are standing against a wall, press the back of your head into the wall and hold.
6. Perform 5 repetitions holding for 10 seconds each.


How To Perform the Neck Retractions Against The Wall:

1. Stand up straight in proper posture.
2. Place your finger on your chin and retract your chin back so your ears are aligned over your shoulders.
3. Keep your eyes parallel to the ground.
4. Retract your neck back and hold for 10 seconds.
5. If you are standing against a wall, press the back of your head into the wall and hold.
6. Perform 5 repetitions holding for 10 seconds each.
